Dual ISO Accreditations for AdaptiveComms
AdaptiveComms is thrilled to announce a significant accomplishment—we have just received two international accreditations, ISO9001 and ISO27001, from UKAS. This achievement is an incredible milestone for our company as these two accreditations are not easy to get, especially for a SME business.
What is ISO?
The International Organization for Standardization, is a non-governmental entity committed to the development of global standards aimed at ensuring the quality, safety, and efficiency of products, services, and systems. These standards are designed to benefit organizations and their stakeholders by fostering consistency, reliability, and excellence.
Significance of ISO9001 and ISO27001
ISO9001 is the globally recognized quality management system standard. It is designed to help companies establish transparent and repeatable processes, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality services to their customers.
ISO27001, on the other hand, focuses on information security, offering a framework and guidelines for robust information security management.
Reflecting on ISO
Our CEO James Brayshaw, expressed his pride in the team’s achievement.
“I couldn’t be prouder of the AdaptiveComms team. Simultaneously achieving ISO9001 and ISO27001 while maintaining our high levels of service is a fantastic accomplishment. It has been a challenging 18-month journey, but I’m delighted to have achieved these accreditations.”
Our commitment to maintaining the highest standards in quality, service and security are all evident in the successful attainment of ISO9001 and ISO27001.
The Future Prospects with ISO
So what does this mean for the Adaptive future? Well, James Brayshaw commented: We are very excited because these standards will enable us to compete for larger contracts, and we have ambitious plans to double in size over the next four years. The future is incredibly bright for our business and everyone involved.”
