From a modest beginning over 11 years ago, local telecoms and I.T provider AdaptiveComms thrives after increasing turnover 50% within the last 12 months.

AdaptiveComms employs 16 full and part time staff and counts a number of large and international organisations such as Scottish Power amongst its customers. Having always strived to provide the best possible customer service, the company boasts an impressive 96% retention rate.

Having grown from a small loan into a multi-million pound business James Brayshaw, Managing Director is extremely proud of what he and his team have achieved. Brayshaw said ?By delivering really high quality service, great products and a competitive price we have grown and grown. It?s been a lot of hard work and there is more to do, but it?s been worth it. At Christmas we launched a staff benefit package including nursery vouchers and a staff health scheme. Although the company has always grown Brayshaw was committed to bettering himself and his company. Last year, he attended The Goldmann Sachs 10,000 Small Business programme at Manchester Metropolitan University. The course offered the opportunity to create a comprehensive growth plan, which has since been implemented with outstanding success. The business turnover in the last 12 months has increased by 50% leading to more opportunities for employment. The company has taken on a number of new employees from the local area, and is currently recruiting for Trainee Sales Personnel and Research & Appointment Setters to join the ambitious, successful and fast growing company.
