We aim to start the investigation of a major fault within 15 minutes of a working day of receiving notification from you of such a fault and in a maximum of 1 hour of a working day.

We aim to start the investigation of a minor fault within 4 hours of a working day of receiving notification from you of such a fault and in a maximum of 24 hours of a working day.
