Non-Standard Billing and Late Payment Fees
In order to meet environmental goals set out in our Carbon Neutral 2030 promise and to keep our customer prices competitive, we send out all bills via email and collect all payments via Direct Debit, there is no charge for this. Any other method of bill delivery or collection is termed as non-standard.
We understand that not every business wants to receive bills on email or pay on Direct Debit however there is an additional cost to us in non-standard delivery, so in order to offer customers that choice while maintaining fair pricing for all we have a tariff of additional charges which we reserve the right to charge if a customer chooses to elect for any non-standard bill delivery or collection method. We reserve the right to charge for late payments more than 14 days over the due date, in the event of a late payment charge being made this is a charge in and of itself and is not in replacement of any other charges rights or remedies available to us under contract or law for late or non-payment. These costs are listed below.
Paper Billing fee – £5 per bill per month
Non Direct Debit Payment fee – £5 per bill per month
