About The Client

St Helen’s Coalition of Disabled People are a multi-site, non-profit organisation dedicated to providing a self help service to people with mental health and/or learning disabilities to live their life to the fullest.

The Situation

  • Firstly, their current IT systems becoming unresponsive and was in need of an upgrade.
  • At the same time, their current IT infrastructure was servers that were not suitable for their growing organisation.
  • Additionally, the phone systems were outdated and were in need of modernising.
  • Lastly, the charity’s Wi-Fi was slow, causing both delays in work and a lot of frustration to staff.

We Help?

At the present time, the team at St Helen’s Coalition of Disabled People needed to upgrade various IT systems and Wi-Fi to meet the growing demands of the charity.

Following this, AdaptiveComms upgraded the team to a modernised IT system which was far more responsive. At the same time, we installed a faster Wi-Fi, did a total refresh of their servers and hardware. Lastly, we updated their phone systems to a new hosted solution.

  • Secondly, we completely refreshed their servers and hardware. This in turn help improve the charity’s productivity.
  • Correspondingly, we provided a complete changeover of their old phone systems to Xelion, on of the leading cloud-based telephony solutions. As a result, the team experience better communication, quality calls and had a future-proof communication solution.
  • Finally, we installed a faster broadband which enhanced coverage, along with implementing various measures to ensure a reliable, high-speed wireless connection for the team.

In conclusion, we were able to resolve all St Helen’s Coalition of Disabled People’s issues and help them continue the amazing work they do!
