About The Client

Morton’s Dairies is a multisite family-run local business based in Maghull, Merseyside. Over the past eight decades, the company grew to be the North West’s largest dairy with over 55,000 customers. Recent developments include modernising their milk processing plant and acquiring three depots from Dairy Crest to cement our place in the region.

The Situation

As the company continued to expand, they had outgrown their current telecoms provider and were seeking a new and reliable provider.

An updated phone system was needed to help keep their communication across each site clear and concise as they continued  to expand their business.
