Where would I fit?

At AdaptiveComms, we have experts across all departments, working closely together to successfully design, deliver and manage complex IT & communication solutions to SME’s every day.

Our pre-sales support team second to none. Our specialists work closely with our technical staff to ensure the solutions we propose are right, no two solutions are the same. We don’t outsource technical support; this is an area we have developed and heavily invested in to ensure we have the in-house skills to propose, implement and support complex and multi-product solutions; this is something quite unique to the industry.

We have a dedicated Implementations team whose role is to fully manage the transfer and installation of the complex multi-product solutions we offer. Our aim is to make our clients job as simple as possible when implementing changes with their communication and IT infrastructure.

Our experienced and responsive Customer Service team is the first line support for any assistance or queries our clients may have. Our internal SLA’s and fast response time will ensure queries will be dealt with efficiently. Our Customer Service team provide an out of hours helpline for emergencies.

Our dedicated Account Management team carry out regular reviews of our client’s accounts to ensure the solutions we provide continue to meet and adapt as requirements change and grow.

All our Engineers are fully qualified and experienced in their fields. As part of our pro-active service and approach, we offer complimentary audits of equipment and schedule routine on-site health checks to ensure our clients get the most out of their technology.
